It was a hot day. I dozed off in the car. The Graha Medika hospital was at a place, according to my Honeybunch, called Kebun Jeruk and it was quite a distance from MTA. Eventually, after a few drips of saliva at the back seat, we got there and went straight up to Dafy's room. Dafy was admitted for contracting typhoid. Mind you, it has nothing to do with those Typo Errors that you made in your documents. So I was told. What a relieve...
So, we chatted for a while and we ate his bananas. I mean the bananas that was given by his office. I didn't know why Diah ate it but I was feeling a little bit hungry at that time and the bananas looked really delicious! Furthermore, a sick person would not have the appetite for anything and Dafy is not a person who enjoys fruit. Too bad for him, good for me!
Diah and I left Dafy and Ika there and we took a cab to Planet Hollywood. I was expecting to watch the Chronicles of Narnia but it was no longer showing. After much hesitation, we watched the Karate Dog movie. If you have any other better things to do, do not go and watch this movie. Really! Diah fell asleep during some parts of the movie. Apart from the movie itself, she was probably tired after shooting some bad guys, motorcyle racing and car racing before the movie. That must be it! Okay! Like I just said: "Don't watch that movie!"
After the movie we went for a bite at the Planet Hollywood's cafe. We had a bowl of chicken soup and a burger served with fries. The serving size was very reasonable and they tasted great too. We cleaned up the bowl and plate in no time! Then we took a cab home.
Something weird happened to the cab that we took. We asked the driver to stop by a Nasi Padang Restaurant and wait for us since we needed to buy some food for dinner. We went in and waited for our order. I saw the taxi started to move away and I thought he was just probably turning around so that it would be easier to head back to the hotel. When we got out, the taxi was gone. We haven't paid him and he was gone! My only deduction was that he must have had a bad case of diarrhea and he could not wait any longer. Too bad for him.
That night, we had a quite dinner in the room. The nasi padang that we bought was simply fabuluos! I loved it! Diah ate more than she normally did! It must be good. That's the end of day two.
