Watch out for that ...!
Do you remember George of the Jungle? If you do, then you would know its theme song that goes something like this:

Pasha fell off the edge of the mattress and lucky we have the pillows there.
Here is a video of Pasha having fun on his new Pashamobile! Soon, we can watch him taking his first step and let see what would happen next.
Have a nice day aunties and uncles out there!
George, George
George of the Jungle,
Strong as he can be.
(Ahhhhhhhh)
Watch out for that tree.
George of the Jungle,
Strong as he can be.
(Ahhhhhhhh)
Watch out for that tree.
Now, at 7 months + old, weighing about 8.8 kg, Pasha is a busy explorer and could never stay still except for when he is in his deep sleep...

Pasha fell off the edge of the mattress and lucky we have the pillows there.
Anyway, in Pasha's case, the part where is says "Watch out for that tree", the "tree" should be replaced with words such as, "edge", "table", "papa", etc...
Just look at the photo above showing one of the many situations that he managed to get himself into. Lucky that we have disassemble the bed and put some pillows at the edge of the mattress.

Sheryl Crow Ft. Sting - Always On Your Side
My yesterdays are all boxed up and neatly put away
Every now and then you come to mind
'Cause you were always waiting to be picked to play the game
But when your name was called, you found a place to hide
When you knew that I was always on your side
Well everything was easy then, so sweet and innocent
But my demons and my angels reappeared
Leavin' only traces of the man you thought I'd be
Too afraid to hear the words I'd always feared
Leavin' you with only questions all these years
But is there someplace far away, someplace where all is clear
Easy to start over with the ones you hold so dear
Or are you left to wonder, all alone, eternally
This isn't how it's really meant to be
No it isn't how it's really meant to be
Well they say that love is in the air, never is it clear,
Try to pull it close and make it stay
Butterflies are free to fly, and so they fly away
And I'm left to carry on and wonder why
Even through it all, I'm always on your side
But is there someplace far away, someplace where all is clear
Easy to start over with the ones you hold so dear
Or are you left to wonder, all alone, eternally
When this isn't how it's really meant to be
No it isn't how it's really meant to be
Well they say that love is in the air, never is it clear
How to pull it close and make it stay
Butterflies are free to fly, why do they fly away
Leavin' me to carry on and wonder why
Was it you that kept me wandering through this life
When you know that I was always on your side

Pasha is on the move
Recently we got Pasha a baby walker since we noticed that he could not sit still for more than 5 seconds. He would always "request" that we do not sit down and keep on moving. We are having problem fulfilling those requests lately as he is already weighing more than 8 Kilogram. Taking that into consideration, we have decided to let him move around by himself.

Here I come...

Watch out! Vrooommmm!

Hello Papa! I have arrived...

But I have to go now, see you later!

Look! No hands!
We are so glad that he loves his new gadget and now he can go around the house and explore things as he wishes. By the time this entry was written, Pasha has taken the walker all the way into the kitchen looking for his Mama!

Back at work.
I am finally back at work after wondering for a while into some dark places at the edge of Kuala Lumpur. Or was it the outer space? I just could not really recall... LOL!Now I am back to my "Office Sweet Office" in Puchong!
All I need to do now is sit still, do some work, blog a little bit just like this entry and then see how things go from there.
"Hey, this old chair is really comfortable!"
A sad weekend...
On the other side of the world, one of my Uncles passed away during Deepavali and we went back to Kuala Lipis for the funeral. Al-Fatihah to him and May Allah bless his soul!
The weird thing with this one is not many people looked sad on that day... All I can think of is that he has gone in peace...
I wonder...
How many actually read up to this point?

Pasha's latest adventure

Sunday 28/10/2007
Swimming is the latest adventure that Pasha had engaged at 6 months old. To test his reaction to the water at the swimming pool, we started him in the wading pool and he immediately enjoyed himself and did not show any indication of fear of the water. He was very comfortable in his brand new floater and his curiosity got the best of him right from the first contact. He even tried to look below the floater to find out about this new sensation that he felt that day.
Sensing that he was having no problem with the wading pool, we transferred him to the actual pool and as expected he had more fun there as there was more space for him to move around. Even the few splashes of water that landed on his face did not bother him as he was busy enjoying his new found adventure.
Since the weather was quite cold that evening, we decided to take him out of the water after 15 minutes since we saw that he was already shivering. A quick wrap with a dry towel and then the 2 minutes walk home was enough to warn him up.
In conclusion, Pasha is ready for more fun in the swimming pool! Just look at his face in the pictures above and you could feel his elation!
