I had an e-mail war with Mr. Director this morning and my last reply to him below finally moved some things to the right direction... duh!!! From: Berry the Bear

Hi Mr. Director,
What does it take to make you understand that we can't pay that amount now? What does it take to make you understand that we would get a huge order from N for the LT modules and with that we can pay off S and others that we owe? Provided we don't get into this mess again. Yes, we had done the AR review with D but we won't be getting the money in by yesterday or today. It will take time. Even if we go to Y and say that we need that $$ so that we could pay S and get our license for E M and N, we would not get that money today. You are replying to us as if we have the money to pay and purposely not wanting to pay. If that is the case, P, L and myself would have paid ourselves in full!
I don't think we can hold the request for E M any longer. If you have no other advice, we would have to tell E the truth and ask them to get the license from S directly and we will refund the 50% paid to us accordingly. The customer has no interest in holding back their business just because we are unable to resolve our matters internally. We would deal with N the same way too if we are still unable to get the $$ requested by S. Please note the license for 1st site of LT for N is required by mid April. We believe you have read the email by now.
Please reply so that we can advise E M accordingly since tomorrow is already Friday. Thank you.
P/L: if you have any better idea, please let me know. Thank you.
Regards
BB

Here is the english version of the official proposal that I made to my Little Lion and her family. I have been very busy lately and the fact that I was unable to access efx2 via my office's proxy server since the efx2 server migration, have made the situation worse. That simply means I could only blog from home. So %blog%, read on!
