Lagu Hujan

I simply love that song. It is the song Lagu Hujan from the movie Mukhsin. Mukhsin is a Malaysian Drama movie about children learning about love and friendship. During the school holiday, in the village Orked, ten years old meet Mukhsin who is two years older than her. They soon become best friends, play together and even dress alike. Mukhsin likes Orked very much and Mukhsin feels that he falls in love with Orked, but a misunderstanding between them changed everything.

The movie won two awards at the Berlin Film Fest. Competing in the Generation section, dedicated to films about young people, Mukhsin was awarded the Grand Prix by the Kinderfilmfest International Jury and a Generation K-Plus Crystal Bear Special Mention.

I have watched that movie and apart from the above song, the parts I like most are when Orked throws a big bully's bag out of the school bus and when her mother, Mak Inom, punishes her for being naughty.

It is a great movie and it's very entertaining. My Honeybunch also had a good laugh watching it.
